  • Payments for services are due as per the payment policy outlined at the time of booking. Failure to complete payment may result in cancellation of the session.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • Sessions canceled at least 24 hours in advance may be rescheduled or refunded, subject to the therapist’s approval.

  • No refunds will be issued for sessions canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice.

  • Refunds for group sessions are governed by the specific terms outlined during registration.

24 cancellation policy applies. If cancelled in less than 24 hours or a no show the full session fee will be charged. The only exceptions are unexpected medical emergency, death in the family or a natural disaster.
