Shipping Policy

At IFS Therapy with Sakshi, we primarily offer services and do not engage in shipping of physical goods. However, any materials or resources provided as part of our services will adhere to the following guidelines:


1. Digital Deliverables

1.1 Delivery Method:
Any digital resources, such as worksheets or guides, will be sent via email to the address provided at the time of booking.

1.2 Delivery Timeline:
Digital resources are typically delivered within 24-48 hours of session completion unless otherwise specified.


2. Physical Deliverables (If Applicable)

2.1 Shipping Locations:
Currently, we ship physical materials only within India.

2.2 Shipping Charges:
Shipping charges, if applicable, will be communicated at the time of order confirmation.

2.3 Delivery Timeline:
For physical goods, delivery is expected within 5-10 business days from the date of dispatch. Delivery timelines may vary based on location and unforeseen circumstances.

2.4 Tracking Information:
If a tracking number is available, it will be shared with you via email after dispatch.


3. Issues with Delivery

3.1 Incorrect Address:
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate shipping information. We are not liable for orders delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

3.2 Lost or Damaged Items:
In the event of lost or damaged shipments, please contact us at ifstherapywithsakshi@gmail.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date.


4. Returns and Exchanges

4.1 Eligibility:
Due to the nature of our services and digital resources, returns or exchanges are generally not applicable. For physical goods, returns may be considered on a case-by-case basis for defective or incorrect items.
