IFS Therapy Group Program:

Our Internal Family Systems Therapy groups provide a safe container for learning the IFS model, gently exploring your parts together, understanding internal dynamics, and developing skills for emotional regulation and personal growth.

Terms and Conditions:

  1. When you register, you are enrolling for the entire program of 6 sessions.
  2. No refunds will be provided if you miss one or more sessions within the group.

Private IFS Therapy Session Requirements:

  • For Indian residents, the fee is INR 2,400 for a 60-minute session.
  • For non-residents, the fee is USD 60 for a 60-minute session.

Terms & Conditions for Private Sessions:

  • A 24-hour cancellation policy applies.
  • If canceled in less than 24 hours or in the case of a no-show, the full session fee will be charged.
  • Exceptions include unexpected medical emergencies, death in the family, or a natural disaster.
