Our inner world is quite fascinating and unique (we just need to dive inside). In our therapy sessions, we go through the whole process with your eyes closed in a comfortable way. Together- we take the time to explore your inner world and get in touch with your different voices, feelings, thoughts, urges, etc “which we call PARTS in IFS language”.
We Listen to these thoughts and feelings like little people talking inside with curiosity (instead of pushing them back).
The way these parts share their pain, stories, or concerns is very interesting and worth listening to. These parts often carry heavy burdens of pain, shame, grief, feelings of helplessness and worthlessness.
And want someone to witness and acknowledge their struggle and pain just like someone else.
Here I guide you, how you can hold a warm compassionate space for all these struggling parts which is the main goal of our session to establish a connection with them and help them healing. This is ultimate path where deep healing lies. Where we let go our emotional burdens and resolve internal conflicts.
