IFS Therapy

Here To Walk With You

Meet Sakshi

Hi, I am Sakshi, I'm Glad to Meet You

I’m a trauma- informed Psychotherapist and the first South Asian Certified Level-2 Internal Family Systems therapist. I’m based in Delhi, India and for over a decade working with Adolescents, Young adults and Couples across India and around the  world.

I began working with IFS in 2020, and it changed everything about how I practice and how I understand healing. It offers a gentle and compassionate way of connecting with our inner
world and helps us rediscover our most authentic, grounded, wise Self which gets buried beneath the pain.

I support people healing from complex trauma, PTSD, chronic grief, anxiety, depression, attachment and relational wounds, addictions, eating disorders, OCD, and the everyday challenges that come with inner conflict and relationships.

IFS is my passion, and I stay deeply involved in international IFS communities. I continue to learn and grow through ongoing supervision, attending conferences, and assisting senior Certified  IFS therapists in their courses. I have worked as a program assistant for David Stern and Stephanie Mitchell.

Besides IFS I also trained in a wide range of other evidence- based therapeutic approaches like somatic therapy , hypnotherapy, CBT, REBT, attachment-based work and polyvagal theory.

I value community connection and collective healing a lot that’s why alongside therapy, I run 2 beautiful IFS communities spaces:-

Feel free to join.

Apart from therapy, I offer IFS Supervision to fellow therapists, budding psychologists and also lead experiential IFS group programs. I believe that healing doesn’t have to be perfect. It just has to be supported.

Outside the therapy room, I’m someone who values honesty, authenticity and enjoys long walks, my meditation hour, poetry, plays and spending time with my family.

My Story

Because I've Been There Too

I am just another human being on my own personal healing journey from Complex trauma. I have experienced first-hand that inner healing is possible and that’s why I am so passionate about helping and supporting others navigate their own paths to healing and transformation. After trying many other healing modalities, I personally found Internal Family Systems Therapy to be extremely transformational.

I’ve been sat where you are with my own therapist and I know the amount of courage it takes to turn towards our own suffering and make a commitment to healing. Therefore, I want to take a moment to recognise your courage for simply being here, for coming this far and for considering seeking support.

My Approach

Creating a Safe Space for You

My approach for healing work is gentle, trauma- informed, non-pathologizing and collaborative. It’s a warm welcoming space where all parts of you are invited to be seen, heard, and understood. We explore your inner world in a way that feels right for you and your system.

I believe in the inherent wisdom and goodness that resides within each of us. Beneath our trauma and pain lies an innate capacity for healing and transformation. Rather than focusing on symptoms alone, I work with you to get to the heart of your internal conflicts and help you move towards lasting change and healing.

Together, we can foster greater Self- awareness, inner harmony and a deep sense of wholeness, allowing you to navigate life with more ease and confidence.

“Trauma blocks love and connection, and healing our wounds provides access to the love and goodness that is inherent in us all”
