IFS Supervision for Therapists

Understanding IFS Supervision for Therapists

A space to grow your confidence, skills and Self-leadership

IFS can be transformative, both for clients and for us as therapists. These supervision sessions are designed for mental health professionals who want to deepen their IFS skills, bring more clarity to client work and feel supported in their own inner experience as a therapist.

As therapists, it’s easy to focus entirely on our clients’ healing while neglecting our own growth. These sessions provide a dedicated space to reconnect with your Self, the calm and compassionate center that helps you stay grounded while working with clients. You’ll refine your IFS skills, becoming more attuned to clients’ parts and learning how to stay connected to your own inner wisdom in challenging moments.

This is a space to slow down, reflect on what’s challenging or inspiring, and strengthen your therapeutic presence. Here, you can share experiences, explore challenges, and celebrate growth. The supervision sessions offer both support and learning, helping you to deepen your practice while nurturing your own healing journey.

What we work on together

Whether you’re newly trained or have been practicing for years, supervision can help you feel more grounded and steady in your work.

How I hold this space

I bring my experience as a Certified Level-2 IFS therapist and the first therapist in South Asia to be certified at this level by the IFS Institute. Our work together is collaborative and respectful of your own professional wisdom. Every part of you is welcome here, including the parts that strive, worry or doubt.

Who this is for

If you value lifelong learning and want to feel supported as you grow, this supervision will meet you where you are.
