- All bookings for therapy sessions or groups must be made through the designated booking platform on the Website.
- Payments for services are due as per the payment policy outlined at the time of booking. Failure to complete payment may result in cancellation of the session.
4. Cancellation and Refund Policy
- 24 cancellation/no show policy applies. If session is cancelled in less than 24 hours or a no show the full session fee will be charged. The only exceptions are unexpected medical emergency, death in the family or a natural disaster.
- No refunds will be issued for sessions canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice.
- Refunds for group sessions are governed by the specific terms outlined during registration.
