How do I proceed?

What to expect in an IFS Session?
Our inner world is quite fascinating and unique (we just need to dive inside). In our therapy sessions, we go through the whole process with your eyes closed in a comfortable way. Together- we take the time to explore your inner world and get in touch with your different voices, feelings, thoughts, urges, etc “which we call PARTS in IFS language”.
We Listen to these thoughts and feelings like little people talking inside with curiosity (instead of pushing them back).
The way these parts share their pain, stories, or concerns is very interesting and worth listening to. These parts often carry heavy burdens of pain, shame, grief, feelings of helplessness and worthlessness.
And want someone to witness and acknowledge their struggle and pain just like someone else.
Here I guide you, how you can hold a warm compassionate space for all these struggling parts which is the main goal of our session to establish a connection with them and help them healing. This is ultimate path where deep healing lies. Where we let go our emotional burdens and resolve internal conflicts.
Do you take insurance?
No, I don’t work with private insurance providers. I can, however, provide an invoice on request, if needed.

Is IFS Therapy suitable for me?
IFS therapy is beneficial for individuals seeking a deeper understanding of themselves, addressing internal conflicts and promoting emotional healing. It can be effective for various concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues.
How is IFS Therapy different from other therapeutic approaches?
Most therapies focus on thoughts, behaviors, or past events. IFS is different because it sees you as made up of many inner “parts”—like an anxious part, a people-pleasing part, or an angry part—and believes all these parts have good intentions, even if their actions cause problems.
Instead of trying to fix or get rid of symptoms, IFS helps you build a trusting relationship with these parts, understand what they need, and heal the wounded parts underneath. It also helps you connect with your Self—a calm, caring inner presence that can guide your healing.
So, while other therapies might focus on changing your thoughts or managing behavior, IFS helps you build inner harmony by working with your internal system as a whole.
What is your fees and cancellation policy?
For Indian residents, my fee is INR 3,600 for a 60-minute session. For non-residents, the fee is USD 75 for a 60-minute session.
Cancellation Policy
A 24-hour cancellation/no show policy applies. Cancellations in less than 24 hours or no-shows will be charged the full session fee, with exceptions for unexpected emergencies. If I cancel a session with less than 24-hour notice, I do not charge you for your next session.
How often will be meet?
I offer therapy both in-person at my clinic in Pitampura, Delhi or online via zoom/skype/google meet. I usually recommend we meet on weekly basis initially and then once you feel good enough to stretch the sessions out then we typically meet every fortnight or monthly until you feel ready to end sessions and transition into the world on your own with the tools you have learned and inner healing you’ve completed.
How many sessions will I need in therapy?
It varies for each individual, as everyone’s journey is unique. The number of sessions depends on factors such as the nature of your concerns, your goals, and how you respond to the therapeutic process. In our initial sessions we’ll collaborate assess your needs, and together, we can establish a plan that feels right for you.

How do I choose an IFS therapist?
