I offer therapy sessions both in-person and online through platforms like Zoom, Skype, and Google Meet. Typically, I recommend starting with weekly sessions to provide a strong foundation. As you progress and begin to feel more comfortable, we can adjust the frequency to every fortnight or even monthly, depending on your needs. The ultimate goal is for you to gain the necessary tools and healing to confidently transition into the world on your own.

Charges:

For residents of India, the fee for a 60-minute session is INR 2,400. For non-residents, the fee is USD 60 for a 60-minute session. We can conduct sessions online via Zoom video or in-person at my clinic in Pitampura, Delhi, ensuring flexibility and accessibility in your healing journey.

Our inner world is a rich and fascinating landscape, waiting to be explored. In our therapy sessions, we embark on a journey with your eyes closed, creating a comfortable space to dive deep within. Together, we take the time to connect with your inner voices, feelings, thoughts, and urges, which we refer to as “PARTS” in the language of Internal Family Systems (IFS).

We approach these thoughts and feelings with a sense of curiosity, rather than pushing them away. It’s like listening to little people inside you, each with their own unique stories, pain, and concerns. These parts often carry heavy burdens of pain, shame, grief, feelings of helplessness, and worthlessness. They long for someone to witness and acknowledge their struggles, just as they would for someone else.

In our sessions, I provide guidance on how to hold a warm and compassionate space for these struggling parts. This is the primary goal of our work, to establish a deep connection with these inner aspects and facilitate their healing. It’s the path to letting go of emotional burdens and resolving internal conflicts, ultimately leading to profound healing.
